The Competitive Athlete Program
We offer a functional training approach to build a solid athletic foundation
while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Our innovative program focuses on proper functional movement training, injury reduction and physical rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, explosive power development, foot speed and agility and conditioning. Our athletic performance program is an intense 90 to 120-minute workout that are closely supervised with attention to safety and proper technique.
ACL Injury Prevention Program
This program includes various exercises that will help reduce ACL injuries. ACL injury reduction is a must for athletes of all levels.
Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
The FMS helps to identify any physical imbalances or
weaknesses in the body. Once we identify these physical weaknesses, we will design a comprehensive corrective and functional exercise program in order for you to be able to optimize athletic performance and prevent injuries.
Adult Performance Training
This 13-week program helps to improve soft tissue quality and
flexibility, increase upper and lower body power and strength and enhance cardiovascular fitness. This class is great for weight loss, injury reduction and provides a total body workout. This is also taught in a youth class. This course will last at least an hour and a half.
Athletic Performance Program (Youth and Adult)
This 10-week program is structured towards improving the athletes improve overall strength, speed, and agility while maintaining proper technique. Injury prevention is also covered in this program. Workouts become progressively harder as basic techniques are mastered. These can be made sports specific.
