FUNCTIONAL FITNESS LEVEL I

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to in a way that will enhance the performance of daily life activities at home, on the job, or in sports while reducing the risk of injury. 

 

 

KETTLE BURN

KETTLE BURN Combines the dynamic power of kettlebells with a mix of cardiovascular/bootcamp style exercises. This class will take you to the next level, by building strength and endurance in a fun and energetic 50 minute class format performed to music. 

ZUMBA

ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga- Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.  Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“.

Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
